Objective: Analyses, develops and applies multisolving as an innovative approach to improve policy effectiveness. Multisolving bridges top-down and bottom-up implementation by fostering ownership on the regional and local levels, and informing decision-making and the development of community-based innovations. Ambition and impact are an effective, ownership-driven EU policy execution at the EU, national, regional and local levels. Interlinks methodologically varied objectives to render multisolving a future solution: theoretical research to conceptualise instrument selection for multisolving within EU multilevel governance; comparative
transnational empirical research of challenges and solutions in three local hubs; development of an AI tool to collect relevant data and render cumulative findings accessible for practitioners and academics; contributing to the enhanced effectiveness of policy implementation, re-invigoration and modernisation of democratic governance.
